System Check

It is strongly recommended that you perform a System Check before Virtual AIHce starts. If you have any issues, please reach out to our platform provider at 1-866-702-3278.

Do Not Disturb

Print out this handy Do Not Disturb sign and hang it on your door. Let people know that while you’re present in the office, you’re ‘virtually’ in Seattle.

Recordings of all the sessions are included with your full Virtual registration. It will take a few weeks for recordings to be available, but once they are, participants will have access to recordings through the end of the year. Instructions for viewing those and documenting credit will be detailed in a later email.

Group Participation

New this year- win lunch for your group! Tweet a photo of your group watching the Virtual AIHce to me at @AIHAJessica on Monday, June 5 and you could win lunch! The winning group will be chosen at random on Tuesday, June 6 and a pizza lunch will be arranged for your group for Wednesday, June 7.

If you are organizing a group viewing of AIHce, don’t forget to submit your roster. Download the Roster Template to track attendance. Please have all rosters submitted to Jessica Pagel by Tuesday, June 13. (If you are asked to login for the template, select "Cancel" and proceed with the download.)

In order to receive credit, group participants must be listed on the roster and complete the online evaluation. Download the evaluation links.

Please use the following links to complete evaluations for each virtual session.
